I’ve been through this before with another representative. I cannot access the portal you linked me to. I get an error along the lines of “your device cannot be registered”.

At this point, I’ve accepted that webcam central isn’t working and have begun using the built-in Windows 10 Camera app which works for what I need it for. I’m not sure why Dell can’t just list all the software downloads in the “Drivers and Downloads” section of your website for each specific model like most other companies do. Jesse, on my laptop it doesn’t give me any error, but does not list anything for me either.
