I’ve seen plenty of sites offer different prices depending on the version being upgraded. The interface is so outdated, and needs more customizability.

Bugs, the same bugs created in are still present in Corel only seems to want to listen if you pay for support. Like others, I’ve reported the same bugs through every available place without them even acknowledging that the bug exists. The way they handled the. Net problem with was a disgrace. They should have issued an immediate hotfix instead of putting all the blame on Microsoft.

The previous version was just so buggy that I didn’t even want to use it. It just wasn’t fun anymore. The SP 1 fixed some bugs but too little to late. Go to Documents, AppData, Roaming, Corel, Painter and then copy the data to another location or an external drive or thumb drive. But even then it may not work. I assume you tried resetting your workspace by holding down the Shift key while starting Painter- often a corrupted workspace can result in it crashing at start or not starting.

I noticed when connected to the internet I get a very buggy version of it, sometimes there are no buttons to click so it can’t complete setup, sometimes there are but Painter is essentially broken if I can get passed.

Hya, having a little trouble with Painter recently, first on Win 10, now on Win 7. After working well on Windows 7 Painter suddenly crashes at the start. Expand the Display Drivers node. Right-click your graphics card, select Properties. Click the Driver tab, and then Update Driver button. It opens up a new prompt. Follow the wizard.
